The Clinic’s website allows users to:
Access travel health consultations;
Receive care for common health conditions;
Obtain medication therapy adjustments and prescription renewals;
Submit clinical information via secure Typeform forms and process payments via Stripe.
All consultations offered through the website are conducted by duly authorized clinicians, including:
Pharmacists licensed by the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec;
Nurses licensed by the Ordre des infirmiers et infirmières du Québec.
During the consultation, a clinician may contact the patient to request additional information and explain the prescribed medication treatment. All communications are carried out by telephone or secure encrypted email (ProtonMail), password-protected, for example when sending treatment guides.
By using the website, the patient agrees that their data may be stored on Proton services, which are HIPAA-compliant (encrypted and secure).
The website also provides information about the Clinic and its services, as well as links to relevant external content such as our Instagram account @leyaclinic.
3. Use of the Website
Access to and use of the website are permitted solely for lawful and personal purposes. You agree not to:
Use the website for any illegal or prohibited purpose;
Interfere with the proper operation of the site or its systems;

The patient also consents to the Clinic accessing their Dossier Santé Québec (DSQ) when necessary to complete the clinical assessment — including vaccination records, laboratory results, and identification of potential drug interactions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
